ShowOfHands.xyz provides a platform for creating, sharing, and participating in online polls. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the service.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content and Conduct

You retain all your ownership rights to the polls and content you create. By creating content on ShowOfHands.xyz, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content to provide the service.

You agree not to create polls or submit votes that contain content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
• Infringing on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Paid Subscriptions (Pro Tier)

If you choose to upgrade to our Pro tier, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
• If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will retain access to your existing data, but you may be restricted from creating new polls until you are within the limits of the Free tier.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShowOfHands.xyz, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
